About us

El Corral Restaurant has been a family owned and operated restaurant since 2002, from our humble beginnings in our very first location in Temple and our second location in a small drive thru building in Copperas Cove to present day. We want to share our beloved culture trough food, we offer a mix of traditional Mexican plates and Tex-Mex favorites with fresh ingredients and lots of different flavors.

First off, breakfast tacos are bomb! The guy that brings out the to-go orders in the morning is really nice. Secondly, I wanted some nachos yesterday but they didn't have the kind of nachos I wanted on their menu. However, they still made them. They were so good that I couldn't wait until I made it home. My friend told me that I should try the breakfast burritos which btw they do serve all day; but they're some of the tastiest burritos you will ever have ! I love the green sauce that comes with it it's tangy but a tad bit spicy ! We also got her son a cheese quesadilla which was absolutely delicious 👌Would recommend ! The burritos was super big and very filling !

Awesome hidden gem in Copperas Cove great authentic Mexican food! Great prices and lots of kids options. Breakfest is so Good, look forward to them hopefully getting Margaritas soon. If they had affordable itchers of margaritas I'd definitely make this my family's go to Mexican place. Lynn was a very attentive friendly waitresses as well.
